Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s Elder Sister Passes Away in Mumbai

Ahmedabad: The elder sister of Union Home Minister Amit Shah passed away on Monday at a private hospital in Mumbai. She had been unwell for some time and was in her mid-60s. Following the demise of Rajeshwariben Shah, the union minister canceled all his scheduled programs for the day.

The final rites of Rajeshwariben were held on Monday afternoon. Shah had been in Ahmedabad to celebrate Makara Sankranti with party workers and was scheduled to take part in various programs.
