Hubballi: CM Siddaramaiah Pays Respects to Neha Hiremath

Hubballi: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah visited Neha Hiremath’s house in Bidnal on Thursday evening. He strongly condemned the brutal killing of Neha and assured her parents that they would receive justice for their loss.

Neha was brutally killed by her former classmate Fayaz Khondunaik on April 18 in the BVB College campus. Siddaramaiah assured Neha’s parents that the government has handed over the case to the CID, and a special court will be established.

“He (accused) will be punished severely so that no one in the future would dare to commit such a heinous act,” Siddaramaiah told the grieving parents. He paid respects by garlanding a portrait of Neha, with local Congress leaders accompanying the CM.
