Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal to Open as Kohli Sits Out First T20I

MUMBAI: The India vs Afghanistan T20I series marks the return of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma to T20Is after the 2022 T20 World Cup.

However, Kohli will miss the first match due to personal reasons, confirmed by Rahul Dravid. The BCCI selectors reportedly discussed Kohli’s T20 role and expectations with him.
