The iconic India-Pakistan encounter is just one of eight matches scheduled for Nassau County. The stadium will also serve as India’s home base throughout the group stages, where they’ll face Ireland and the USA.
Construction strides are evident, particularly with the East Stand taking shape. Cranes have been busy putting the modular framework in place for this section, designed to accommodate a staggering 12,500 fans. Additionally, work on the outfield and premium hospitality areas are underway.
