Delhi Police have taken legal action against individuals involved in breaching Parliament security, invoking UAPA and IPC sections like criminal conspiracy and trespassing.

The case, registered at Parliament Street police station, includes charges such as provocation, obstructing public servants, and assault.

The investigation is transferred to the Special Cell, with four arrested individuals identified. Manoranjan and Sharma overstayed their visitors’ passes in the Lok Sabha Hall, while Neelam and Shinde were detained for protesting outside Parliament with coloured flares.
Vikram and his wife are being interrogated, and a search is ongoing for the sixth accused, Lalit Jha from Bihar.
