Bengaluru: On Saturday, the city witnessed a heartwarming spectacle as Master Mohsina Raja’s dream of becoming an honorary police officer for a day turned into a beautiful reality. In a collaborative effort, the Bengaluru City Police teamed up with the Parihar and Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology to bring joy and fulfillment to the lives of pediatric cancer warriors.

The special day unfolded with Master Mohsina Raja donning the police uniform, immersing himself in the world of law enforcement, and experiencing the daily responsibilities that officers shoulder. This unique initiative, designed to spread smiles and positivity, underscores the commitment of the Bengaluru City Police and the renowned cancer institute to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young cancer patients.

Mohsina Raja wanted to become a police officer but, the boy a few months ago diagnosed with the cancer. When the police came to know about the boy’s wish, they immediately decided to fulfill his wish. 

Bengaluru South Traffic DCP, Shivaprakash Devraj, played a crucial role in turning Master Mohsina Raja’s dream into a reality. Under DCP Devraj’s guidance, the young honorary officer not only observed the inner workings of law enforcement but actively participated in various activities throughout the day.

Beyond the badges and uniforms, this heart-warming collaboration highlights the significance of community engagement and support for individuals facing health challenges. The initiative strives to ignite hope and resilience among pediatric cancer warriors, emphasizing that dreams can come true despite the adversities they may encounter.
