Case registered against popular motivational speaker Vivek Bindra for allegedly assaulting his wife

A case of alleged assault has been registered against Vivek Bindra, a well-known social media influencer and motivational speaker, by his wife Yanika Bindra. The couple, who recently married on December 6, 2023, found themselves in a legal dispute when the complaint was filed on December 14 at Noida Sector 126 police station, initiated by the victim’s brotherbrother, reported News 18.

The complaint details an altercation between Vivek Bindra and his mother, leading to a confrontation when Yanika intervened. According to the complainant, Vivek Bindra reportedly locked his wife in a room, verbally abused her, and subjected her to severe physical assault, resulting in injuries across her body.

Yanika is currently receiving medical attention in a Delhi hospital, with visible injury marks and a reported ruptured eardrum causing hearing difficulties. The complainant also mentioned the destruction of Yanika’s cell phone during the alleged assault. The Noida police have initiated an investigation into the matter.

Vivek Bindra, a prominent figure as a YouTuber, motivational speaker, and CEO of Bada Business Private Limited (BBPL), is not only facing legal troubles but is also implicated in an alleged scam. Another notable Indian motivational speaker and YouTuber, Sandeep Maheshwari, brought attention to this through a video titled “Big Scam Expose” on his YouTube channel. The video includes testimonials from students claiming deception by Bindra’s company. Despite the accusations, Bindra has vehemently denied all allegations, urging Maheshwari and others to consider his perspective in the ongoing controversy.
