- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
- Prepare the Rice: Rinse the soaked rice and set aside. Heat ghee and oil in a large pot. Add cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon, and bay leaf. Fry till fragrant. Add drained rice and stir to coat. Pour in enough water to submerge the rice by 1 inch. Add salt and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked and fluffy.
