Telangana Govt Allots 600 Sq yds Plot to Md Siraj in Jubilee Hills of Hydrabad
The Telangana State government has granted 600 square yards of land on Road No. 78 in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, to cricketer Mohammed Siraj in recognition of his outstanding performance in the ICC T20 World Cup. This decision follows an announcement made during a recent Cabinet meeting, where Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy praised Siraj for his significant role in India’s T20 World Cup triumph.
According to the official Government Order, the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) in Hyderabad received a report from the Hyderabad District Collector, who had requested the allocation of government land for Siraj’s residential use. The request was based on Siraj’s seven-year tenure with Team India, which included his participation in the 2024 World Cup. After completing the necessary procedures, the District Collector submitted a proposal to the CCLA, which was then reviewed by the Telangana Land Management Authority (TGLMA).
The TGLMA recommended the free allocation of 600 square yards of government land, located at Road No. 78, Jubilee Hills (TS.No.1, Block-F, Ward No. 9), in favor of Siraj.
