Russian Forces Destroy 16 Ukrainian Drones Over Rostov Region

Moscow: Russian air defenses intercepted and destroyed 16 Ukrainian drones over the Rostov Region, according to Governor Vasily Golubev. He reported on Sunday that efforts to counter the extensive drone attack were ongoing.

“Air defense units are actively countering a large-scale aerial assault. So far, 16 enemy UAVs have been neutralized in areas including Novoshakhtinsk, Kamensk, and the Ust-Donetsk district,” Golubev shared via Telegram.

The governor confirmed there were no reported injuries or property damage on the ground, and military personnel continue to respond to the situation.
