Power Outage in Dharwad and Surrounding Areas on December 7 & 8

Dharwad: The Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) will carry out third-quarter emergency maintenance work at the 110 kV Tadasinakoppa power distribution station on December 7, 2024. Due to this, there will be a power outage in all 11 kV feeder lines supplied by this station from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the same day. Areas affected include Tadasinakoppa, Jogellapur, Itigatti, KHB, Udayagiri, Vanasiri Nagar, Rajaji Nagar, Sattur Village, Sattur, Ashraya Colony, NGEF, SDM Medical College, SDM Dental College, KHB Phase 2 and 3, KIADB Industrial Area Sattur, Rashipharm, Navanagar, Navalur Railway Station, Sanjeevini Park, Hubballi-Dharwad Durable Goods (Aequs), and surrounding areas. This was announced in a press release by HESCOM.
Similarly, there will be power interruptions in areas under the Dharwad Rural Subdivision due to second-quarter maintenance work at the 110/33/11 kV Belur power distribution station on December 8, 2024 (Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The following areas
UAS, Goa Milders, Tata 1 & 2, UDL, Sadarspura, Tegur, Industrial, Prajavani, Ganesh Anugraha, Tina, Model Bucket, High Court, IIT, Teleco, Tadakod, Garag, Madanabhavi, Mandihal, Hosatti Durgada Keri and Bogur feeders.
