Opposition’s Fury: Lok Sabha Chaos Continues with 49 More Suspensions

Both Houses adjourned till 2 pm today as Opposition MPs persisted in protests over their suspension and demanded statements from PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah regarding the Parliament security breach. Protests included slogans like “PM sadan mein aao. Gruh mantri istifa do (Prime Minister attend the assembly session. Home Minister resign).” Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi attributed the Opposition’s agitation to their disappointment over recent assembly poll defeats.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing BJP MPs, criticized the protesting MPs, stating that some individuals seem disinclined towards constructive work. He warned that if such behavior continues, they may not return to Lok Sabha even in the current strength.
