MLA Yatnal Snubs BJP President Vijayendra, Refuses Meeting
Vijayapura: MLA Basangouda Patil Yatnal has stated that there is no need for BY Vijayendra, the state BJP president, to meet him.
Speaking to media representatives in the city today, Yatnal said he had clearly told Vijayendra not to come to meet him. He mentioned remembering all the games that Vijayendra had played in the past and asserted that he knew who was responsible for his expulsion from the party.
Yatnal also made a serious allegation that when Yediyurappa had released Rs 125 crore for the development of Vijayapura city, Vijayendra had kept it aside. “If Vijayendra comes to me, nothing will happen. I don’t want such dramas,” Yatnal said. “If he comes, the media will get some fodder, and the analyses will start. I don’t need all that,” he said.
