Kundagol: Four killed, two injured in accident

Hubballi: Tragedy struck in Kundagol as four people lost their lives and two others sustained injuries in a horrific accident on Saturday morning. The incident occurred near Bellagatti in Kundagol taluk when two cars were forcefully struck from behind by a speeding truck.

According to the police, three of the deceased were from Hassan district, while one individual hailed from Bengaluru. The victims from Hassan were on their way to Goa, while the Bengaluru passengers were en route to Shirdi. The truck involved, registered in Tamil Nadu, was headed to Mumbai.

One injured individual from each car has been admitted to the hospital and are currently receiving treatment. Unfortunately, details regarding the identities of the deceased and injured are not available at the moment.

District-in-Charge Minister Santosh Lad visited the KIMS and inquired the health condition of the injured.
