Hoax Bomb Threats Unnerve Chennai: Police Track Down Sender

Chennai faced a bomb scare as the Director General of Police office received an email claiming bombs were planted in 30 locations across the city.

The Greater Chennai police tracked down the sender and investigated the mentioned spots, concluding that it was a hoax. This incident followed bomb threat emails received by the IIT-M director and Chief Minister’s office earlier.
