Dharwad: Notorious Rowdy Externed for 6 Months
Dharwad: The Hubballi-Dharwad police have taken swift action against a notorious rowdy, Tirupati Hiremani (30), by externed him to the jurisdiction of Roza Police station in Kalaburgi city for six months.
Hiremani, a resident of Lakshmisinganakere, Dharwad, had been creating trouble in the Vidyagiri police station limits. Police records reveal a history of illegal activities, including assembling groups to threaten innocent people, intervening in property disputes with violence, and disturbing public peace. He is a listed rowdy with multiple cases registered against him.
Despite being released on bail in some cases, Hiremani continued his unlawful activities, prompting close monitoring by the police. It was observed that his influence was leading young people astray, posing a threat to the community’s well-being.
To curb his illegal activities and maintain a healthy social environment, the authorities have ordered his deportation for six months. This serves as a strong warning to anyone engaging in rowdy behavior, as strict action will be taken to ensure public safety.
