CP Yogeshwar’s Political Future Uncertain Amid Ticket Speculation

Bengaluru: BJP MLC CP Yogeshwar may join the Congress party if he is denied a ticket to contest the by-election from the Channapatna Assembly constituency. When reporters asked Labour Minister Santosh Lad about this, he said he had no knowledge of the matter and that senior party leaders would make the decision.

Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Lad questioned the Enforcement Directorate’s logic behind issuing a notice to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in connection with the alleged MUDA scam. “If the ED can issue a notice to CM Siddaramaiah, then why haven’t they issued one to former CM and Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy, who is allegedly involved in a land denotification case?” he asked.
