Bradford House Fire Kills Woman and Three Children; Police Suspect Arson

A tragic house fire in Bradford, UK, claimed the lives of a woman and three children on Wednesday, with police suspecting that the blaze was intentionally set.

Emergency responders arrived in the early hours of the morning to find a 29-year-old woman who had already succumbed to the fire. Three children—two girls and a boy—were rushed to the hospital but later died from the injuries they sustained.

A 39-year-old man, who was found at the scene, has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently hospitalized in critical condition.

Superintendent Lucy Leadbeater of West Yorkshire Police stated, “While the investigation is still in its initial stages, we have reason to believe that the fire was deliberately ignited and that this was a domestic incident.” A murder inquiry has been initiated in response to the tragedy.
