USA: Man Arrested After Shooting Incident at Trump’s Florida Golf Club, AK-47 Recovered
Washington,DC, USA: Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw confirmed the arrest of a man following a shooting incident at former U.S. President Donald Trump’s golf club in Florida. An AK-47 equipped with a telescopic sight was discovered near the site of the event.
During a press briefing, Sheriff Bradshaw shared how the arrest unfolded: “We were fortunate enough to have a witness come forward and say, ‘I saw a man running out from the bushes. He jumped into a black Nissan, and I managed to snap a picture of the vehicle.'”
With this crucial information, law enforcement was able to track down the car and determine its direction of travel. The vehicle was later intercepted with assistance from other authorities.
“As the suspect was driving toward Martin County, we alerted the Martin County Sheriff’s Office,” Bradshaw explained. “They located the car, pulled it over, and took the individual into custody. We then brought the witness to the scene, and he positively identified the suspect as the man who fled from the bushes.”
Sheriff Bradshaw also revealed that law enforcement recovered an AK-47 assault rifle fitted with a scope, along with two backpacks and a GoPro camera, from the bushes where the suspect had been hiding.
