US News: Tragic Shooting in Dallas: Gunman Claims Four Lives, Including Toddler

In southeast Dallas, a gunman opened fire at a neighbor’s house, resulting in four fatalities, including a one-year-old boy. Responding to 911 calls around 4:20 p.m., the Dallas Police Department discovered five gunshot victims at the scene.

Three adults succumbed to their injuries on-site, while a 15-year-old girl and a 1-year-old boy were transported to a nearby hospital. Tragically, the toddler didn’t survive, but the teenager remained in stable condition.

The assailant, a neighbor, entered the victims’ home and carried out the shooting. The motive remains unclear, and the suspect, whose identity hasn’t been disclosed, is currently at large. Despite the ongoing manhunt, authorities believe this incident is isolated, reassuring the public that there’s no imminent threat.
