Central Turkey: A bus, reportedly transporting tourists, overturned in central Turkey on Friday, resulting in the deaths of six people and injuring at least 20 others, according to news reports.

CNN Turk reported that the accident occurred near Acipinar village in Aksaray province when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The bus was en route to the popular tourist destination of Cappadocia and was said to be carrying a group of Japanese tourists.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the crash, with speeding and driver negligence among the possible causes being examined.
