Special Trains between Belagavi-Bengaluru, Vijayapura-Bengaluru

For the convenience of passengers and to clear the extra rush, South Western Railway (SWR) has decided to run special trains between Yesvantpur-Belagavi and SMVT Bengaluru-Vijayapura stations. The details are as follows:

  1. Train No. 06555 / 06556 Yesvantpur-Belagavi-Yesvantpur Special Express:

Train No. 06555 will leave Yesvantpur on 05.09.2024 at 7:30 p.m. and reach Belagavi the next day at 7:15 a.m.

On the return journey, Train No. 06556 will leave Belagavi on 06.09.2024 at 8:45 a.m. and reach Yesvantpur on the same day at 8:00 p.m.

The train will halt at Tumakuru, Arsikere, Birur, Davangere, Harihar, Haveri, SSS Hubballi, Dharwad, Alnavar, Londa, and Khanapur stations in both directions.

  1. Train No. 06557 / 06558 Yesvantpur-Belagavi-Yesvantpur Special Express:

Train No. 06557 will leave Yesvantpur on 06.09.2024 at 10:15 p.m. and reach Belagavi the next day at 10:15 a.m.

On the return journey, Train No. 06558 will leave Belagavi on 08.09.2024 at 5:30 p.m. and reach Yesvantpur the next day at 4:30 a.m.

The train will halt at Tumakuru, Arsikere, Birur, Davangere, Harihar, Haveri, SSS Hubballi, Dharwad, Alnavar, Londa, and Khanapur stations in both directions.

These trains (06555/56 & 06557/58) will consist of 22 coaches, including one AC Two-tier, four AC Three-tier, thirteen Sleeper Class, two General Second Class, and two SLR/D.

  1. Train No. 06577 / 06578 SMVT Bengaluru-Vijayapura-SMVT Bengaluru Special Express:

Train No. 06577 will leave SMVT Bengaluru on 05.09.2024 & 07.09.2024 at 9:00 p.m. and reach Vijayapura the next day at 2:05 p.m.

On the return journey, Train No. 06578 will leave Vijayapura on 06.09.2024 & 08.09.2024 at 7:00 p.m. and reach SMVT Bengaluru the next day at 11:15 a.m.

The train will halt at Chikbanavar, Tumakuru, Arsikere, Birur, Chikjajur, Chitradurg, Rayadurg, Ballari Cantt., Tornagallu, Hosapete, Koppal, Gadag, Badami, Bagalkot and Almatti stations in both directions.

This train will consist of 18 coaches, including one AC Two-tier, one AC Three-tier, ten Sleeper Class, four General Second Class, and two SLR/D.
