The OnePlus 12 is set to make its debut in China on December 5, with an imminent launch in India confirmed by its official listing on the OnePlus website. Although the exact Indian launch date remains unconfirmed, leaks suggest a January arrival, and teasers are expected shortly after the China launch.
The official listing provides a glimpse of the phone’s design, featuring a quad-camera system backed by Hasselblad, showcasing cosmetic changes and introducing new colorways. A marble back panel with vibrant green paint is highlighted in the Indian teaser.
While detailed specifications are yet to be unveiled, key features include a BOE ProXDR display with 2K resolution and a peak brightness of 2,600nits, certified A+ by DisplayMate.
The device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and equipped with a new-generation X-axis motor. Operating on ColorOS 14, based on Android 14, the OnePlus 12 boasts a quad rear camera system with a Sony LYTIA LYT808 primary sensor and a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, reports stated.
The exact pricing remains uncertain, but it is expected to align with its predecessor, the OnePlus 11, launched at a starting price of Rs 56,999 in India, maintaining OnePlus’ strategy of offering feature-rich phones at competitive prices.
