Man Murdered Near Bengaluru Minister’s Residence

Bengaluru: On Sunday night, a man was killed near the residence of State Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy in Bengaluru.

The deceased has been identified as Jai Prakash, who was previously accused in a murder case dating back to 2006. It is alleged that Jai Prakash was murdered due to an existing grudge. The Adugodi police have visited the crime scene, and an investigation is currently underway.

Sources suggest that the accused was participating in a religious activity as part of Hanuman Jayanti in the area. Miscreants reportedly observed him for hours before launching an attack. In an attempt to escape, the accused sought refuge in a hotel. However, the attackers pursued him and fatally assaulted him with sharp weapons.
