Late-Night Fire Displaces Dozens in Brooklyn; Cause Under Investigation
NEW YORK-US- A late-night fire in Brooklyn has left over a dozen people displaced after flames erupted around 11:15 p.m. on Tuesday at a two-story building on Covert Street in Bushwick, reported CBS News.
Swift action by firefighters brought the blaze under control in just under an hour. Unfortunately, 16 individuals were displaced as a result, and three people received treatment for non-life-threatening injuries, according to police reports.
As investigations are underway, there is currently no information available regarding the cause of the fire.
