IndiGo Flight Carrying Dhruva Sarja Makes Miraculous Landing After Chaos

Bangalore, February 20, 2024: A flight carrying the cast and crew of the upcoming Kannada film “Martin” experienced a harrowing ordeal on Monday evening. The IndiGo flight, travelling from Delhi to Srinagar for a song shoot, encountered severe turbulence and reportedly lost radar control due to bad weather.

According to reports, the incident occurred as the plane entered the Kargil area. Sudden turbulence caused the aircraft to lose altitude rapidly, throwing passengers into panic. Videos filmed onboard captured the chaotic scene, with passengers chanting prayers and fearing for their lives.

Thankfully, the pilot regained control of the plane and managed to land safely at Srinagar Airport. While nobody was injured, the experience left the film crew and passengers shaken.

Martin Movie Team Shares Relief:

In a video posted online, actor Dhruva Sarja described the experience as “the first time in my life that I had a very bad experience on a plane.” He expressed gratitude for their safety, thanking God and saying, “We got a second life.”

The video also features director AP Arjun, lead actress Anveshi Jain, and choreographer Imran Sardhariya, all visibly relieved and chanting prayers in thanksgiving.

Investigation Underway:

IndiGo has confirmed the incident and stated that they are investigating the cause of the turbulence and loss of radar control. The airline has also assured passengers of their commitment to safety and expressed relief that everyone onboard is safe.
