In pictures: PM Modi Takes Holy Dip in Dwarka Sea, Shares Spiritual Experience

Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a dip in the Arabian Sea off the coast of Dwarka, Gujarat on Sunday. He shared the experience on social media, writing:

“To pray in the city of Dwarka, which is immersed in the waters, was a very divine experience. I felt connected to an ancient era of spiritual grandeur and timeless devotion. May Bhagwan Shri Krishna bless us all.”

The post was accompanied by pictures of Mr. Modi performing the rituals.

The Prime Minister’s visit to Dwarka comes just days after he inaugurated the country’s longest cable-stayed bridge, the Sudarshan Setu, in the same district.
