Hubballi: Two Injured in a Scuffle in Ashok Nagar

Hubballi: Two carpenters sustained minor injuries following a scuffle within a group over a trivial issue in Vaddar Oni, Vijayanagar, under the Ashok Nagar police station limits, late Wednesday night.

The injured have been identified as Saif Mulla and Sanjiv Patil. The accused are Nagendra Chavan, Aniket Chavan, Shravan, and Bablu, all residents of Uttar Pradesh currently residing in Hubballi. According to the police, both the injured and the accused are carpenters.

The altercation occurred while the group was drinking and arguing over a minor issue. During the quarrel, the accused attempted to stab the victims with a wood chisel, but they managed to escape with only minor injuries.

Ashok Nagar police have registered a case, and an investigation is ongoing.
