From Activist to Upper House: BJP Picks Narayanasa Bhandage for Rajya Sabha

Bengaluru: BJP selected senior party activist from Bagalkote, Narayanasa Bhandage as the BJP candidate for the upcoming Rajya Sabha election.

Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Mines and Coal, Pralhad Joshi congratulated Bhandage and said BJP is the only party which makes party worker into leader.

In a tweet, he said “I am delighted to announce the selection of Mr. Narayanasa Bhandage, a dedicated activist from Bagalkote district, as the Bharatiya Janata Party’s candidate for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections. This selection embodies our party’s core principle of recognizing and elevating deserving individuals, regardless of background.”

“I am confident that Mr. Bhandage will represent the party with distinction in the Rajya Sabha,” he said.
