Bengaluru: It is almost certain that former CM DV Sadanand Gowda may not get BJP ticket to contest Lok Sabha election from Bengaluru (North) seat which he represented the constituency twice. And the party, according to the sources want him to take retirment from politics.

In an emotionally filled tweet, Sadanand Gowda thanked the voters and residents of Bengaluru (North) for providing him opportunity to represent them in New Delhi twice and he also said that he worked beyond his capacity to serve them and he got an opportunity to work with PM Modi in his cabinet for seven years.

He also clarified that he is not joining the Congress. And it was a fake news and those spreading the lies are traitors, he wrote on social media platform X.
