Donald Trump’s Business Partner Visits Kukke Subrahmanya Temple Offers Special Pooja: Reports
Mangaluru: On Saturday, December 7, the Rathotsava was celebrated at Kukke Subrahmanya in the Dakshina Kannada district as part of the Champa Shashti festivities. Among the notable visitors was Shashibhooshan, a business partner of U.S. President ElectDonald Trump, who offered prayers to Lord Subrahmanya Swamy, reported local TV channel TV 9.
Bhushan is originally from Hyderabad is now based in the United States. Shashibhooshan is spearheading the construction of a spiritual center and temple dedicated to Adi Shankaracharya on 500 acres of land in the U.S., with an estimated cost of ₹3,000 crore. He is also associated with the American Political Action Committee (A-PAC), which played a significant role in Trump’s election campaign.
As part of the Champa Shashti celebrations, the Brahma Rathotsava of Lord Uma Maheshwara Swamy took place at 6:57 AM during the Vrishchika Lagna. On Friday, December 6, the festivities included a grand fireworks display and a procession of the temple deity on a palanquin. Thousands of devotees gathered late into the night, with celebrations lasting until 2 AM.
