Bengaluru cop rescues 2.5yr old kid fell in water tank
The Bengaluru police are commending the bravery of Traffic Police Sub-Inspector Nagaraj after a dramatic rescue of a two-and-half-year-old child.
In a heart-stopping incident that unfolded in BEL Layout, a toddler playing nearby accidentally plunged into a water sump. PSI Nagaraj, who was on patrol duty in the area, heard the child’s cries and the frantic shouts of onlookers. Without hesitation, he rushed to the scene and spotted the child submerged in the water.
With his exceptional courage, PSI Nagaraj AR, still in his uniform, dived into the sump and pulled the child to safety. The swift action by the officer ensured the child was unharmed.
The Bengaluru police department shared a video of the rescue on social media, where it has garnered widespread praise for PSI Nagaraj’s heroism.
