Bengaluru Airport Worker Murdered Over Alleged Affair

A tragic incident occurred today at Bengaluru‘s Kempegowda International Airport, where an airport employee was killed after having his throat slashed with a machete. The attacker reportedly carried out the act out of suspicion that the victim was involved in an affair with his wife.

A disturbing image showing the bloodied body on the ground has been widely circulated on social media.

In 2022, the suspect and his wife separated, allegedly due to her relationship with the man who was killed today. The victim was employed as a trolley operator at the airport. The suspect had reportedly made multiple attempts to harm him in the past.

According to reports, the suspect concealed the machete in a backpack and traveled to the airport by bus. Once there, he waited for the trolley operator to appear and then attacked him.

The suspect has been taken into custody, and the police have launched an investigation into the incident.
