Davangere: During a roadshow in Davanagere, a youth attempted to breach barricades and run toward Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s convoy. The incident was caught on video and the youth was detained by police. However, the Karnataka Police stated that there was no security breach and appropriate action is being taken. This comes after a similar incident occurred during a roadshow in Hubballi earlier this year, which was also denied by local police as a security breach.
ADGP (Law and Order) Alok Kumar shared the video of the incident and wrote ” As being reported in a section of media, there was no breach in security as such of Hon’ble PM at Davangere today.
