Vijayapura: On Sunday, a car went up in flames near Ittangihal Cross in Vijayapura. There were five passengers in the Alto car. All five passengers escaped unhurt. The passengers exited the vehicle as soon as they noticed smoke from the engine. The car was bearing the registration of Maharashtra’s Sangli, said Vijayapura Rural Police.
