Hubballi: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai will dedicate the “Namma Clinic” at Renuka Nagar in the Bhairidevar Koppa area of Hubballi tomorrow (December 14).
The CM will virtually inaugurate all 438 clinics in Hubballi. The Namma Clinics will cater to around 30,000 populations, said Dr. SM Honakeri, district RCH and nodal officer for this programme.
He said in the district, the state government has given its consent to open six Namma Clinics, at Renuka Nagar, SM Krishna Nagar, Navalgund, Annigeri, and in Madihal Dharwad. One more clinic location will be finalised soon, he said.
The state government has provided fund for this project under 15th SFC, Dr Honakeri added. The clinics will function from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will have a medical officer, a nurse, lab technicians, and a pharmacy.
