Hubballi: In an accident that happened on the Hubballi-Dharwad bypass road, three people were killed and one pillion rider suffered injuries.
The accident happened on Thursday night, near Mehaboob Dhaba on the Hubballi-Dharwad bypass. According to the police, Sunil Bhajantri and Manjunath Bhajantri were riding their bikes pillion with Parashuram Nittur and Vinod Kayarkatti. They were going to Gabbur Circle from Dharwad and hit a stationary lorry at Mehaboob Dhaba.
In the accident, Manjunath Kyarkatti and Sunil Bhajantri died on the spot, while Vinod Kyarkatti succumbed to his injuries at KIMS Hospital. The South Traffic police have registered a case in this regard.
