Hubballi: A case of housebreaking theft was registered at Ashok Nagar police station. Thieves gained entry into the residence of Jayshree Deshpande in Sneha Apartment in Bhavani Nagar by breaking open the lock of the house and stole away gold ornaments worth Rs 7.24 lakhs.
According to the police, the inmates of the house had gone to Bengaluru when this incident happened. The Ashok Nagar police have registered a case and an investigation is going on. This incident shows that even apartments are not safe from thieves.
