Senior doctors at Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (IGMC) in Shimla examined her thoroughly. While her blood pressure was reported to be slightly elevated, her overall health remains stable.
Officials have confirmed that the Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson was admitted for a routine medical check-up. According to Naresh Chauhan, the Chief Media Advisor to the Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister, Sonia Gandhi was brought in due to minor health concerns and is presently doing well.
