Davangere: Seven persons were killed after the car in which they were travelling hit a road divider in Jagaluru taluk in the wee hours of Friday.
Police said six died on the spot and one succumbed to injuries on the way to the hospital. Sources said the deceased were from Mashal village in Yadgiri district, and they were on their way to their village. Davangere Superintendent of Police CB Rishyanth visited the spot and an investigation is going on.
