Hubballi: Young Congress leader Rajat Ullagaddimath has intensified his “Mane Manege Rajat campaign”; this was the leader’s first official campaign after applying to the KPCC seeking the party ticket to contest the election from the Hubballi Central constituency.
The leader, with an intention to listen to the grievances of the people and to establish a bond with the voters, had decided to reach their doorstep. Rajat is expected to reach 50,000 houses in the next 30 days.
In the last four days, the leader has visited 1,800 houses, and per day, he is devoting approximately seven hours a day. During his interactions with the people, the Congress leader is solving the day-to-day problems they are facing.
Rajat was in Hosur on Monday as a part of his campaign, and the residents complained about the UGD problem they were facing. He immediately solved the problem with the help of the local corporator; it was a small blockage that was causing the overflow of drainage water. It was cleared immediately.
The young leader helped a few students and provided them with laptops after hearing that they were unable to buy one. The Rajat team also assisted a young man who was having difficulty obtaining a passport.
Rajat said that he would devote his entire life to the welfare of the people of Hubballi Dharwad central constituency if they bless. “This is not just a statement but a commitment,” he said.
