Hubballi: Young Congress leader Rajat Ullagaddimath was introduced to Gandhi scion Rahul Gandhi by none other than KPCC President DK Shivakumar.
Rajat, who enjoys the affection of senior Congress leaders for the work he does for the party, was introduced by DK Shivkumar to Rahul Gandhi when he arrived in the city on Tuesday evening, Rajat presented Rahul with a charkha on Wednesday morning.
