The speech he made in Kolar was the basis for his conviction. The Congress party is said to be considering using this issue in the poll-bound state. It is unclear whether Gandhi will participate in a series of events or just one program. Sources suggest that Rahul Gandhi will be visiting Kolar on April 5, but an official announcement will be made by senior leaders.
