Hubballi: Puneeth Rajkumar used to like Savaji food whenever he was in Hubballi. His favourite Savaji food was from Nakod Savaji Khanavali in Ullagaddimath Oni. His assistants would go to Nakod Savaji Khanavali and bring him food parcels. He used to prefer mutton chops and Keema balls. And he would occasionally order other delights.
Vinod Nakod, co-owner of the hotel along with his brother Bunty Nakod, stated that the Rajkumar family has always enjoyed their food. Their personal assistants and bodyguards would come to our hotel to pick up items for the actors.

Bunty Nakod, Vinod’s brother, would occasionally be used to deliver the food delivery to Puneeth or Shivaraj Kumar. Puneeth was a big foodie who always praised the food, claiming that Savaji food tastes distinct, he said.
Sri Siddharoodha Swamiji’s passionate devotee
Puneeth Rajkumar was a devout believer of Sri Siddharoodha Swamiji. Whenever he was in town, he would pay a visit to the Math and get blessings. The late Dr Rajkumar used to remind them that it was Siddharoodha Swamiji’s blessings that enabled him to reach the pinnacle of the industry. He usually told his sons to go to the Math whenever they were in town.
