Hubballi: Pralhad Joshi, Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Mines, and Coal, visited the railway ground in Hubballi and inspected the preparations for the National Youth Festival’s launch programme on January 12 in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi will take part.
