Hubballi: The police in the twin cities have maintained their firm commitment to cracking down on individuals with criminal records and anti-social elements by issuing external exile orders.
In a recent move, a ganja seller was expelled from Hubballi and sent to the Kollegala police station limits in Chamaraja Nagar district for a period of six months. The individual in question, Sahil Mohammed Rafiq Nadaf, hailing from Tattipur Chawl, Yallapur Oni, found himself on the wrong side of the law.
Authorities revealed that Sahil had previously been involved in the illegal sale of ganja and had been apprehended and incarcerated as a result. However, upon his release, he persisted in his illicit drug trade activities. Consequently, the decision was made to exile him from Hubballi.
