The Bharatiya Janata Party has organized a free health check-up camp in Hubballi on September 18 (Sunday) at Moorusavirmath School premises as part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s celebration.
Speaking to reporters about the camp, state general secretary Mahesh Tenginkai and BJP city district president Sanjay Kapatkar said that the health camp has been organised as part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday celebration, which is being celebrated as SevaPakshik.
Tenginkai said that the health camp will be inaugurated by Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Mines and Coal, Pralhad Joshi, at 10 a.m. The function will be presided over by former chief minister Jagadish Shettar.
Tenginkai said registration begins at 9 am on that day and people can enrol their names for the screening of their health. He said in the health camp. To motivate people to be proactive about their health and make preventive tests a habit, the free medical camp embraced Multispeciality Health Check-Up, Dental Check-Up in collaboration with renowned doctors of reputed hospitals in the city. Around 40 specialist doctors, apart from ophthalmologists, will attend the people in the health camp, he said.
