Dharwad: The National Youth Festival will be opened by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on January 12 at Hubballi’s Railway Ground.
Speaking to reporters, Deputy Commissioner Gurudatta Hegde said the PM will perform the inauguration, and from January 13 to January 16 contests will be held at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Karnataka College in Dharwad. The festival will feature performances by almost 7,500 performers from different states.
He stated that each participant would receive a yoga mat, a Dharwad Pedha box, and a frame with a national flag from Garag Flag Making Unit. The local businesses will support these goods.
