Shivamogga: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Shivamogga airport today (Monday). His aircraft landed at the airport around 11.45 a.m,
The PM inspected the airport terminal and is right now taking part in the inauguration program being held on the premises of the airport.
Former CM BS Yeddyurappa said it was a very memorable day for him. As PM Modi inaugurated the airport. He said that normally he does not celebrate birthdays, but his 60th birthday was celebrated in the presence of the late Atal Bihari Vajpayee, and now his 80th birthday is being celebrated in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
