New Delhi, May 13 (HS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday congratulated the Congress party on its victory in the Karnataka Assembly elections. At the same time, he has expressed his gratitude to the pro-BJP voters and workers.
Prime Minister Modi tweeted, “Congratulations to the Congress party for the victory in the Karnataka Assembly elections. My best wishes for fulfilling the aspirations of the people.”
In another tweet, he said, “I thank all those who supported us in the Karnataka elections. I appreciate the hard work of BJP workers. We look forward to serving Karnataka with even greater enthusiasm in the times to come.”
It is noteworthy that the Congress has crossed the majority mark of 113 seats in the 224-member Karnataka Assembly.
